This is the only CPD Certified Reasonable Accommodation Training programme in Ireland offered to the civil & public sector, not for profit and private sector, and is consistently recognised for its practical workplace impact and relevance. This comprehensive training programme aims to inform participants about the important topic of ensuring best practice employment supports for people with disabilities.

This programme is ideal for managers, HR Professionals, Disability Liaison Officers, and Access Teams and is delivered over 2.5-hours. Ability Focus has also received independent CPD certification for this programme making this the only programme of its kind in Ireland to receive CPD accreditation for this type of training.
90% of the cost of training is covered through the Work and Access Scheme to complete this training. This scheme applies to private sector, community based, not for profit and voluntary sector groups.
