This Leading Disability & Neuro-inclusive Teams Training programme equips managers and people leaders with the knowledge, confidence, and practical tools to support disability inclusion and neurodiversity in the workplace. Combining elements of our Leading Disability Inclusive Teams Training and Management Neurodiversity Awareness Training, this engaging programme focuses on recognising disability and neurodivergence, understanding diversity within disability, inclusive communication, and creating psychologically safe team environments.
A key focus of the programme is supporting disclosure conversations, constructive awareness, and reasonable accommodation. Managers will gain practical guidance on responding appropriately to formal and informal disclosure, understanding workplace responsibilities and inclusive leadership practices, and supporting employees in a respectful, supportive and inclusive way. The training also explores key areas of neurodivergence and how workplace practices and communication styles can impact employee experience and performance.
This impactful CPD Certified programme is designed for managers, team leaders, supervisors, and HR professionals who want to build more inclusive, supportive, and high-performing teams. Delivered in an interactive and practical format, the programme can be provided online or in person.
90% of the cost of training is covered through the Work and Access Scheme to complete this training. This scheme applies to private sector, community based, not for profit and voluntary sector groups.
