This is the only CPD accredited disability awareness & equality training programme in Ireland which focuses specifically on people managers.
This CPD Certified programme is designed specifically for managers, supervisors and people leaders. Delivered mainly via our live online instructor led format (onsite on request), this training programme starts with creating a greater awareness of disability for managers by focusing on the diversity within disability, invisible disabilities and prevalence of disability in workplaces. The programme also explores constructive awareness, informal disclosure, shared responsibility, supporting disclosure conversations, and reasonable accommodation.
The programme concludes with respectful workplace communication and practical strategies for leading disability-inclusive teams.
