Management Neurodiversity Awareness Training
This CPD Certified Management Neurodiversity Awareness Training programme equips managers and team leaders with greater awareness, confidence, and practical skills to support neurodivergent colleagues in the workplace.
This training focuses on autism, ADHD, and dyslexia while also highlighting how managers can create neuro-inclusive workplaces. Key areas such as supporting disclosure, implementing reasonable accommodations, recognising neurodiversity in work styles, and leading neuroinclusive teams are explored.
On completion of this programme, managers will have a greater understanding of neurodiversity, along with increased confidence and practical skills to effectively support and empower neurodivergent colleagues in the workplace.
Programme delivery is over 2-hours via our live online instructor led format. Onsite delivery can also be facilitated on request.
90% of the cost of training is covered through the Work and Access Scheme to complete this training. This scheme applies to private sector, community based, not for profit and voluntary sector groups.
