Neurodiversity Awareness in the Workplace Training
This CPD Certified programme provides participants with a practical introduction to neurodiversity in the workplace. We primarily focus on autism, ADHD and Dyslexia and other key areas of neurodivergence.
The programme also explores how organisations can create more neuro-inclusive workplaces through communication, workplace supports and reasonable accommodation. This programme is highly interactive, delivered in group and webinar formats with a full Q&A at the end of training.
Programme delivery is in durations of 1 or 2-hours via our live online instructor led format. Please note that the 2-hour programme only qualifies for 90% grant assistance.
Neurodiversity Awareness Training is also delivered on site on request. Onsite programme durations vary as per client requirements.
90% of the cost of training is covered through the Work and Access Scheme to complete this training. This scheme applies to private sector, community based, not for profit and voluntary sector groups.
