Ability Focus is a disability awareness training company which delivers disability awareness training both on site as well as on line through instructor led delivery only. When a booking is made for any of our training programmes this time is taken off our booking calendar and is then unavailable for any other organisation/business who may wish to schedule training. If training programmes are cancelled at short notice by a client it is extremely unlikely that those training times will then be utilised by any other organisation and a training slot which had been booked is therefore left vacant. As a small training company, short notice cancellations can have a notable impact on us. We therefore have to implement the following Training Cancellation Policy.
Training programmes which are cancelled will be subject to the following cancellation fees:
Programme(s) cancelled 48 hours or less prior to scheduled delivery: 75% of training fee must be paid to Ability Focus.
Programme(s) cancelled 1 week prior and up to 48 hours prior to scheduled delivery: 50% of training fee must be paid to Ability Focus.
