Our Live Online Disability Awareness Training Programme is open to members of the public and is delivered at set dates each month. This IITD endorsed, CPD accredited programme is aimed at individuals within organisations who have a specific interest in this type of disability training.

This training programme is delivered throughout the year and is ideal for Management, Disability Liaison Officers, Access Officers, HR professionals, Talent Acquisition or anyone with an interest in increasing personal or professional awareness of disability.

While some organisations cannot commit to disability awareness/disability equality training for significant numbers of employees, other businesses may simply have one or two staff members who have an interest in this type of disability training. This service offering delivers our award winning, IITD endorsed disability awareness training programme to individuals and small groups.

Please contact info@abilityfocus.ie or (01) 699 1150 for information on programme dates and per person cost.

At Ability Focus we recognise that not all organisations can commit to a 4-hour disability awareness training programme. We therefore customise disability awareness/disability equality training programmes to suit the time requirements of client organisations.

We regularly delivery 1-hour 'Introduction to Disability Awareness' programmes and alternative programmes with specific areas of focus.

We also adapt and deliver customised disability awareness training from 1.5-hour programmes to 3.5-hour programmes. We discuss the requirements and particular areas of interest for clients and format an original programme.

As well as our Live Online Group Training Format, programmes are delivered via our Live Online Webinar platform. This ensures delivery to larger groups of participants.

Please contact Ability Focus on (01) 699 1150 or email info@abilityfocus.ie to discuss a disability training programme to suit your organisation.
