90% of training costs covered through the Work and Access Scheme for private & not for profit sectors
Private sector companies, charities and not for profit organisations operating in Ireland who provide training for their employees will pay just 10% of the total cost of training. All Ability Focus programmes qualify for 90% rebate through the Work and Access Scheme.

Leading Disability Inclusive Teams Training
This ‘Leading Disability Inclusive Teams Training’ programme has a specific focus on people managers. Delivered mostly via our live online instructor led format, this training programme starts with creating a greater awareness of disability for managers by focusing on the diversity within disability, invisible disabilities and prevalence of disability in workplaces.
Neurodiversity Awareness in the Workplace Training
Ability Focus also deliver ‘Neurodiversity Awareness Training for Managers’ which focuses in more detail at recognising neurodivergent work styles, supporting disclosure and reasonable accommodation.
Management Neurodiversity Awareness Training
This CPD Certified Management Neurodiversity Awareness Training programme equips managers and team leaders with greater awareness, confidence, and practical skills to support neurodivergent colleagues in the workplace.
This training focuses on autism, ADHD, and dyslexia while also highlighting how managers can create neuro-inclusive workplaces. Key areas such as supporting disclosure, implementing reasonable accommodations, recognising neurodiversity in work styles, and leading neuroinclusive teams are explored.

This Autism Awareness training programme takes an in-depth look at autism with a view to creating greater levels of confidence when it comes to supporting autistic colleagues. We look at key learnings around autism, language and terminology, reasonable accommodation and barriers to inclusion with a key focus on supportive communication through meetings, social interactions and work tasks.
1-Hour Impact Training
Series
Ability Focus deliver a number of impactful 1-hour training programmes, each with a specific area of focus. These programmes have been formatted with a view to delivering important information in a contemporary and engaging manner. Programmes can be delivered to organisations who have completed disability awareness training and wish to focus on targeted areas of interest, or alternatively as stand-alone webinar style programmes.

At Ability Focus we recognise that some organisations may have just a single colleague, or a small number of colleagues interested in attending our training programmes All the above listed live online training programmes are open to staff from the public, not for profit and private sectors and are delivered at set dates throughout the year.
